About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Plumbing Assessor to join our team from September. This role involves carrying out on-site assessments of apprentices and learners in workplace settings, supporting them in achieving their qualifications and developing their practical skills within the plumbing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace assessments and observations of plumbing learners.
- Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure assessment activities meet awarding body and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation.
- Liaise with employers, tutors and learners to support achievement and progression.
- Support learners in completing portfolios and evidence requirements.
- Promote high standards of health and safety at all times.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent).
- Relevant industry experience in plumbing.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to assessment locations.
- Commitment to supporting learner success and achievement.
