We are seeking a proactive, experienced Commercial Partnership Manager (CPM) to join our commercial team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a high level of integrity to develop within Loomis UK – one of the market leaders in our industry.

Hours: 40 hours per week

Location: Hybrid

Salary: Circa £55,000

The Commercial Partnership Manager (CPM) is responsible for the strategic ownership and growth of high‐value customer partnerships, typically £250k+ annual revenue. You will lead the long‐term commercial strategy for assigned accounts, ensuring revenue growth, contractual stability, executive engagement, and delivery alignment. Delivering high‐touch, structured, and strategic account management with executive‐level influence and commercial accountability are key to this role.

You will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Strategic account ownership
  • Revenue growth and commercial leadership
  • Internal leadership and coordination
  • Forecasting, CRM and performance oversight

We are looking for individuals who are confident communicators, have a high level of integrity and attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. You will need to lead with professionalism and customer focus, be confident in collaborating across departments to deliver secure and innovative solutions, along with possessing strong commercial negotiation skills and a drive to succeed.

Prior experience in strategic account or partnership management roles and managing executive‐level stakeholders, teamed with a strong financial and commercial acumen is essential, while experience in operationally complex environments, operating within structured governance frameworks, and exposure to multi‐year contractual agreement would set you apart.
