Cash Processor

Due to an increase in workload, our Birmingham Cash Centre is looking for Cash Processors.

Hours: 40 hours per week (afternoon shifts – 14:00 – 22:30)

Pay: £12.31 per hour (plus 10% shift allowance 18:00 – 22:00)

Our Cash Processors ensure the safe handling and processing of customer money in line with customer requirements and company procedures.

Loomis UK is a cash handling company supporting businesses throughout the UK with cash and coin collection, delivery services, ATM management, and replenishment services.

The role

As a Cash Processor, you will count, record, and reconcile customer deposits using high-speed processing machines. You will need to meet daily targets while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and security compliance. Attention to detail and reporting discrepancies are vital.

About You

To succeed, you should enjoy methodical processes, have excellent customer service skills, and work accurately. You must be able to meet physical demands, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods. Honesty, trustworthiness, and teamwork skills are essential.

Specific criteria include:

• Ability to pass criminal record, credit, and ID checks
• Verifiable 5-year employment/unemployment/education history
