We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, working on high-impact initiatives within Financial Services. The successful candidate will have strong Salesforce experience, a solid understanding of regulated environments, and a proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business, technology teams, and third-party vendors to deliver scalable solutions that support business growth, efficiency, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business and functional requirements across Financial Services initiatives
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Lead requirements workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping sessions
- Support the design, configuration, and enhancement of Salesforce solutions (e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud)
Key Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services
- Hands-on experience working with Salesforce in a business or systems analysis capacity
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and systems integration
- Experience working in regulated environments
