This appointment represents a critical leadership role within a complex, scaled organisation at a pivotal point in its evolution. The successful individual will operate as a true Board-level partner, providing financial authority, strategic judgement, and disciplined execution across a geographically diverse footprint. The role encompasses full accountability for financial strategy, performance, liquidity, governance, and investor engagement.

- Track record within PE-backed environments, ideally through to transaction or exit
