We’re seeking an experienced Finance Lead to take ownership of both the strategic direction and day-to-day running of our finance function. This hybrid role blends Finance Director-level commercial leadership with hands-on financial management.
As a key partner to the CEO and senior leadership team, you’ll drive financial strategy, deliver high-quality reporting, and ensure robust governance. You will also prepare and present financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations directly to the Board.
Key Experience required:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
- Proven track record in both strategic finance and operational delivery.
- Experience in SME or mid-sized environments preferred (where hybrid roles are common).
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and present confidently at board level.
- Commercial mindset with hands-on working style.
