Job Description Hybrid | North or South England Somewhere between Manchester & Sheffield would work - Hybrid 1 day per week in officeSouth Location: Basingstoke or London - Hybrid 1 day per week in officeWe're exclusively partnering with a leading facilities and workplace services organisation to recruit a commercially focused Finance Manager to support a portfolio of high-profile FM and outsourcing contracts valued at approximately £45m.Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll take ownership of the financial performance, governance and commercial support of a portfolio of contracts, partnering closely with operational leaders to drive profitability, performance and strategic decision-making. Full ownership of contract P&Ls, budgets, forecasts and month-end reporting Commercial governance, cost control and margin improvement Financial analysis, performance reporting and risk management Supporting contract mobilisation, change control and commercial initiatives Leading and developing a Finance Assistant Qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA) with post-qualification experience Strong finance business partnering and stakeholder management skills Experience within Facilities Management is essential Commercially astute with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insight Willingness to travel across your contract portfolio as required Hybrid/mobile working model (typically 1-2 days per week on-site or in the office) Significant exposure to senior operational and finance leadership Opportunity to influence commercial performance across a substantial national contract portfolio
