Head of IT
Location: Yeovil / Taunton / Exeter

We’re working with an established multi-site UK law firm looking for a Head of IT to lead its in-house technology function.This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for the firm's IT strategy, transformation and day-to-day technology operations. You’ll lead a team of seven and work directly with Partners and senior leadership to shape the firm's technology roadmap.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the IT and technology strategy
- Lead technology transformation and AI initiatives
- Oversee legal practice and document management systems
- Lead the in-house IT team and key technology suppliers
- Oversee M365, Azure, infrastructure, cyber security and business systems
- Manage IT budgets, roadmaps and technology investment
What we're looking for:
- Current or recent IT leadership experience within a UK law firm
- Strong legal technology and transformation experience
- Broad knowledge across M365, Azure, cloud, infrastructure and cyber security
- Strong leadership and senior stakeholder-management skills
