We are currently seeking a Driving and Logistics Consultant to take over a very warm desk.
The successful candidate will be responsible for bringing on new business, sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into roles within the driving and logistics sector. This position involves building strong relationships with clients and candidates, understanding labour market demands, and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Sales on a daily basis.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for driving and logistics roles.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidate suitability for roles.
- Arrange interviews, manage job offers, and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate and client interactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends and labour market conditions in the driving and logistics sector.
