We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Business Development Executive with a background in construction or civil engineering. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the growth of our project pipeline across infrastructure and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within construction, infrastructure, and civil engineering sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
- Research market trends, upcoming projects, and tender opportunities
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and bids
- Support the tendering process, including pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs) and submissions
- Collaborate with estimating, design, and project teams to develop competitive solutions

- Maintain CRM systems and track business development activity
- Contribute to strategic growth plans and market expansion
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within construction or civil engineering
