Capital Recruitment Group is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our team for a minimum of 6 months, working directly with one of our clients.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced recruitment environment and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
The Role Working Friday to Monday, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment requirements onsite and ensuring the client has the right people in place at the right time.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day recruitment requirements onsite
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Registering and onboarding new candidates
- Completing candidate compliance and right-to-work checks
- Managing candidate attendance and availability
- Building strong relationships with candidates and the client
- Responding quickly to staffing requirements
- Booking candidates onto shifts
- Maintaining accurate recruitment records
- Dealing with any recruitment or staffing issues professionally About You We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced within recruitment, ideally industrial or logistics recruitment
- Confident dealing with clients and candidates
- Highly organised and able to work under pressure
- Excellent at communication and relationship building
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Experienced with recruitment systems and Microsoft Office Previous onsite recruitment experience would be highly advantageous.
