About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide essential administrative support to the sales and logistics department. Your responsibilities will include processing sales orders, managing transport logistics, handling customer enquiries, and resolving complaints. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Orders Processing: Receive and check sales orders, input them into their SAP ERP system, and communicate with customers about any issues or changes.
- Transport Management: Allocate sales orders, book transport, and coordinate with the warehouse for picking and loading.
- Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, resolve queries, or direct them to the appropriate department.
- Follow-up Tasks: Produce weekly stock reports for key customers and keep them informed about their order status.
- Complaints Handling: Address customer complaints over the phone or by email and input claims into our internal system.
Working Hours:
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm (including a 30-minute lunch break)
