Recruitment Consultant (All Levels)
£25000 – £35000/annum OTE + bonus + benefits
Flexible Work. Work from home 2-3 days a week
This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment consultant to join a rapidly growing company with a buzzing collaborative sales environment. They have ambitious growth plans for the next few years and need to increase our headcount with ambitious recruitment consultants to achieve this growth.
What we are looking for in a recruitment consultant:
- Proven track record as a recruitment consultant in 360 permanent/contract recruitment OR strong B2B sales experience. Delivery and Resourcer roles also available
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong screening candidates skills
- Effectiveness in sourcing passive candidates
- Ambitious, hardworking & self-motivated individuals
- Ability to manage, nurture and build long term relationships
- Competitive and resilient nature
