ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE within a RECRUITMENT AGENCY MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE. Incredible opportunity with fantastic benefits and commission structure. Perfect for someone who loves recruitment apart from the BD and cold calling side.

Benefits:

  • Basic 30k with one of the most lucrative commission structures around.
  • First 10%/5k. 20%/5-10k. Over 30%/10k. No threshold.
  • Flexi-time plus Friday WFH - 2pm finish. If targets achieved, Weds also WFH.
  • No business development or cold calling.
  • Managed service provider contracts to work on with up to 20 vacancies at a time.

Your skills and experience:

  • Experience of sourcing candidates and dealing with clients.
  • Be able to fill multiple vacancies across multiple disciplines e.g., sales, marketing, finance, HR etc.
  • This is more than just a delivery role. You must have the communication skills and confidence to manage large accounts.
  • Maintain and manage client relationships.
  • Be able to objection handle at a high level – dealing with stakeholders and senior management.

Really rare opportunity. The directors of the business go out and win account on a managed service provider basis then they are handed over to you to manage. There will be multiple vacancies across different disciplines to fill within each account so you must be organised and be able to prioritise. Dealing with clients and managing relationships is essential for this role as is the delivery side. Please only apply if you have recruitment experience. Salary & Commission: Attractive base salary and a market-leading commission structure (up to 30% of billings).
