The Role

- Duties and responsibilities:
- As an experienced recruitment consultant you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temp health and social care roles.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates in care roles.
- Provide expert guidance and support to both candidates and clients.
- Achieve and exceed recruitment targets while delivering excellent service.
