Job Description Job Description:Capital Property Maintenance Limited are an established M&E service provider, who are seeking a Foot Mobile M&E Maintenance Engineer to be based in and around London.Salary is dependant on experience plus exclusive training and development opportunities.The successful candidate will be required to work a Mon - Fri 7.30am-5pm working week plus essential overtime and on-call (as per rota).Due to the nature of this work, commercial M&E maintenance knowledge is required.Requirements :Knowledge of Pumps, Motors, Cooling towers, Chillers, BMS systems, Lighting, Boilers, Calorifiers, air conditioning (HVAC), plumbing etc..Knowledge of Plumbing Systems, AHUs, FCUs, Emergency Lighting, L8 monitoring activities, lamping, changing ballasts, taking load readings, General PPM activities..Must have NVQ / C&G qualification OR time served maintenance engineer with minimum 3 years experience.Role & Responsibilities:Conduct preventative maintenance and fault diagnosis and manage the corrective action and reports as required.Support and facilitate technical subcontractors/vendors during planned or reactive service visits and minor works while ensuring they conform to the site procedures and agreed method statements.Monitor, maintain, investigate, acknowledge and adjust as deemed necessary the BMSTo monitor and perform routine tests of the temperatures, humidity and space conditions and ensure they are maintained and recorded in accordance with the business requirements of the infrastructure.Undertake daily plant walk rounds to note and proactively repair any defects and to maintain plant roomsManage, rectify and record defects to ensure SLA timeframes are always metMaintain water systems and records in accordance with L8 LegislationFill out and maintain service recordsComplete time sheets and submit in a timely mannerAttend reactive call outs as and when required within working hoursThe ideal candidate will have all of the following:Previous experience in a corporate/critical environmentGood understanding of electrical systemsBenefits:Free or subsidised travelPension25 Days annual leave Plus Bank HolidaysCompany phone.
