Build strong relationships with clients and estate agency colleagues. Manage mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion. Identify opportunities across specialist property finance solutions. Maintain full regulatory and compliance standards. Ideally have at least two years' mortgage broking experience. Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Be confident handling a variety of mortgage scenarios and client requirements.
