Capital Private Finance is seeking an Experienced Mortgage Advisor to work alongside our premium estate agency partner, Hamptons, across some of Berkshire and Hertfordshire most prestigious locations — Maidenhead and St Albans.
Established in 2010, Capital Private Finance specialises in all aspects of property finance. As part of the UK’s largest and most successful estate agency and property services network — including over 110 branches of Hamptons and John D Wood & Co. across London and the South — we offer our advisors a powerful platform for success.
You’ll provide expert, tailored advice on property finance solutions, supporting clients with:
- Residential and BTL mortgages
- High-value property transactions
- Unique and non-standard financial circumstances
You’ll benefit from high-quality, warm leads generateddirectly from our Hamptons colleagues, giving you every opportunity to maximise your earning potential.
What we are looking for:
- Full CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
- Ideally 2+ years’ active broker experience
- A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Self-motivated, driven and ambitious
- Confident handling complex cases
The Package:
- Competitive salary with realistic OTE £70k+ in year 1
- Uncapped commission structure
