Capital Private Finance is looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to work in partnership with John D Wood & Co. in Lymington.

The Role
As a Mortgage Broker, you will:
- Provide expert mortgage and protection advice.
- Build strong relationships with clients and estate agency colleagues.
- Manage mortgage applications from enquiry through to completion.
- Identify opportunities across specialist property finance solutions.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
- Maintain full regulatory and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For
The successful candidate will:
- Hold Full CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
- Ideally have at least two years' mortgage broking experience.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be highly motivated and commercially driven.
- Have a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.
- Be confident handling a variety of mortgage scenarios and client requirements.
