The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for building and managing our network of commercial plumbers and mechanical operatives while developing relationships with M&E contractors across London.
This isn't a corporate recruitment role. You'll have the freedom to shape how we recruit, develop client relationships and grow the business.
Responsibilities
- Recruit self-employed commercial plumbers and mechanical operatives.
- Build relationships with M&E contractors.
- Source high-quality candidates using Linked In, job boards and referrals.
- Manage the recruitment process from enquiry to placement.
- Maintain regular contact with both clients and operatives.
- Help grow the Capital Plumbing Labour brand.
- We’re Looking For
- Experience within construction or M&E recruitment.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Someone who enjoys building something rather than maintaining an existing desk.
- Existing industry contacts are an advantage.
