The role is critical in maintaining productivity, optimising workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety regulation using MRP in accordance with the stock control procedures. Duties for the Warehouse Team Leaderinclude: Accurate input of information into MRP. Ensure accuracy of picks to FIFO principles checking pick batch number accuracy, and as required perform shortage picks and housekeeping transactions in the system. Ensure accuracy of dispatching, check picks against kit list and packed appropriately for the goods outbound journey, taking account of any special requirements i.e. hazardous goods.
