Processing new business and client applications

Requesting information and following up outstanding documentation
Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documents
Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date
Assisting with client correspondence and general administration
Monitoring outstanding tasks and deadlines
Supporting the team with compliance and regulatory administration
