Job Type: Full-Time + Self-Employed

Capital Outsourcing Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client – a leading name in the telecoms industry. We’re on the lookout for Experienced Telecoms Civils Operatives to join their growing team working on the CityFibre contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out excavation works in highways (NRSWA compliant)
- Installing ducting, chambers, and clearing blockages
- Rod, rope, and testing fibre routes
- Reinstating works to meet SROH standards
- Attending residential properties to run cables from distribution points
- Liaising with customers to discuss garden routing and access
- Ensuring safety and quality while working in the CityFibre UG and PIA network
What You’ll Need
- A full UK driving licence (held for 12+ months, max 6 points)
- Valid NRSWA Units 1-5 – Essential
- Experience on the CityFibre and/or Openreach/PIA networks is desirable
- Confidence using mechanical civils equipment
- A solid understanding of Health & Safety and risk assessment practices
- Background in telecoms, construction, or a hands-on trade
- Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Willingness to work at heights and underground when needed
