Production Coordinator duties will include: Coordinate the release of production orders from Stores to the shop floor.
Monitor the progress of production builds and provide status updates as required.
Track the location and availability of kits, components and sub-assemblies throughout the manufacturing process.
Receive and verify kits and shortages from Stores, ensuring accuracy and reporting discrepancies.
Maintain accurate kit tracking, shortage and production status records.
Support Production Supervisors, Lead Hands and Technicians with day-to-day operational requirements.
Liaise with Stores, Purchasing, Engineering and Quality departments to resolve production-related issues.
Expedite materials, parts and documentation to support production schedules.
Generate and issue job cards, work instructions and production documentation through the ERP system.
