We re recruiting an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to join a busy and fast-paced production environment.
If you re a hands-on engineer with strong mechanical knowledge, welding and fabrication skills, and enjoy solving problems, we d love to hear from you.
You ll play a key role in keeping production running efficiently by maintaining and improving factory machinery, reducing downtime, and ensuring equipment operates safely and reliably.
What You ll Be Doing * Respond quickly to machinery breakdowns to minimise production downtime. * Carry out planned preventative maintenance across factory equipment. * Diagnose and repair faults on grading, weighing, washing and packing machinery. * Maintain and repair mechanical systems, including motors, gearboxes and drive systems. * Support hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance and repairs. * Complete welding and fabrication work for machinery repairs and bespoke projects. * Ensure all equipment meets engineering, safety and food industry standards. * Assist with investigations into foreign object complaints and implement corrective actions. * Carry out occasional maintenance on buildings and site services. * Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation. * Contri...
