What You’ll Be Doing:
- Preparing quotes and initial paperwork
- Processing documents, and updating systems to ensure files are accurate and complete
- Typing and preparing correspondence, documents and forms
- Liaising with third parties either by phone, email or written correspondence
- Keeping clients updated by phone and/or email
- Managing case files with precision and confidentiality
