Dispatch Coordinators – Temp to Perm Opportunity £12.21 per hour | 40 hours per week | Temp to Perm (12 weeks) Capital Outsourcing Group is proud to be working with a leading principal contractor that has been supporting and delivering engineering services across the UK for over 35 years. We’re now looking for Dispatch Coordinators to join the team – ensuring field engineers are set up for success every day, delivering excellent service to customers, and keeping operations running smoothly. What’s on offer? * Competitive PAYE salary * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays * Company pension scheme * Cycle to work scheme * Genuine opportunities for career progression The role: As a Dispatch Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in optimising the day-to-day schedules of our field engineers, helping them to hit service targets safely, efficiently and with a customer-first mindset. Your responsibilities will include: * Planning and scheduling engineer activities to achieve daily SLAs. * Monitoring and supporting engineers throughout the day, handling any failed installs or issues quickly. * Carrying out regular debriefs to ensure compliance with standards and processes. * Accurately completing all required documentation and performance reports. * Ensuring all jobs are closed and accounted for at the end of each working day. * Promoting health & safety standards at all times. About you: We’re looking for individuals who can bring: * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). * Strong IT knowledge – Microsoft Office experience is a bonus. * Solid organisational and time-management skills. * Flexibility to work shifts (8 hours between 7am and 9pm). * Previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
