Working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with a one hour lunch break and on site, we are looking for an experienced receptionist to join the friendly and professional team. With 5 weeks holiday and a salary commensurate with experience, this is an excellent opportunity to join a long standing and well respected company.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
- Handle basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
- Assist HR or administrative teams with document preparation and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies and order replacements as needed.
