£39,000 – £65,000+ OTE | Price-Work Role

Are you an experienced telecoms engineer with hands-on fibre, FTTP or broadband installation experience? We’re recruiting skilled engineers to work on the BT Openreach network delivering full fibre installations to residential properties. If you have real on-site telecoms experience, we can support you with gaining or renewing accreditations.

The Role

You’ll install Full Fibre to the Premises via:

  • Overhead (Aerial): Climbing poles and running fibre to customer properties
  • Underground (Dig): Breaking ground, laying fibre cable and reinstating surfaces

This is a physically demanding, field-based role working independently with travel within your local region.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven telecoms experience (FTTP, fibre, copper, broadband or network builds)
  • Strong understanding of site safety and quality standards
  • Willingness to upskill or re-accredit where needed

SA001, SA002, NRSWA and S7/S8 are beneficial but not essential.

What You’ll Get

  • £39k–£65k+ OTE (paid per completed job)
  • Price work averaging 4–5 jobs per day
  • PAYE Umbrella or CIS available
  • Fully equipped van, fuel card, tools, PPE & uniform
  • Ongoing work on established fibre networks
  • Training and accreditation support

Full-time role, Monday–Friday, starting from 8am.
