Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
Due to the location, a driving licence and your own transport are essential.
Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Building and assembling electrical/electronic sub-assemblies from drawings, schematics, and instructions
- Wiring and soldering harnesses, PCBs, SMTs, transformers, control consoles, and connectors
- Carrying out testing and basic troubleshooting
- Operating computer-controlled systems
- Working to ISO9001 quality standards
- Ensuring build targets and quality standards are consistently achieved
- Maintaining safe working practices at all times
We'd Love to Hear From You If You:
- Have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
- Thrive under pressure and can meet deadlines
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Can confidently read and interpret designs and technical sketches
- An ONC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and IEEE 18th Edition accreditation would be an advantage but they're not essential.
