We are seeking a proactive and results-driven B2B sales executive to oversee a portfolio of assigned clients, develop new business from existing clients, and actively seek new sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters, ensure client satisfaction, and deliver value that fosters long-term partnerships.

Duties for the Sales Executive:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.
- Manage client expectations and handle escalations with professionalism.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve client experience.
- Meet and exceed account growth targets and KPIs.
To be successful as a B2B Sales executive you will need a minimum of 1 year outbound calling experience and be a confident user of IT systems.
