We are looking for a friendly, professional and reliable Temporary Receptionist to start as soon as possible. This is office based Monday to Friday working 8.30am to 5.30pm. The ideal candidate will be mature, well-presented and confident dealing with customers, with a calm and welcoming manner. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, so excellent customer service and a professional telephone manner are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and visitors, providing refreshments and clearing away used crockery
- Answering and directing telephone calls
- Responding to customer enquiries in person, by phone and email
- Supporting the team with administrative duties if required
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Keeping the reception area organised and presentable
- Taking accurate messages and passing information to the appropriate team member
- Providing a high standard of customer service at all times
