And when quality matters most, youll have the authority to stop the shipment of a non-conforming product. ?? Your mission Make quality a competitive advantage. Youll ensure quality is embedded throughout the entire product lifecycle from contract review and supplier selection through manufacturing, inspection, testing, final acceptance and delivery. Youll champion continual improvement, turn data into action and ensure lessons learned become better processes, better products and better customer outcomes. At the same time, youll lead and develop a talented quality team, building a culture where quality is everyone's responsibility. ?? What you'll own Quality Leadership Lead all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across manufacturing, assembly, testing and delivery. Own, manage and continually improve the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and API Q1, where applicable. Ensure quality requirements are embedded throughout the complete product lifecycle. Define and implement standards, methods and procedures for inspection, testing and product acceptance. Lead final acceptance testing and ensure products meet customer and business requirements. ?? Customers
