Are you an experienced PA who would relish supporting a busy CEO in a friendly and professional team? You will be exceptionally organised, proactive, and discreet and thrive in a fast-paced executive environment. As a trusted right hand to the CEO, you will play a critical role in ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently. This is a dynamic position requiring strong judgement, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Benefits for the PA include:
- Hours of work 8.45am-5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.45am-4.30pm
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Executive PA duties:
- Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Acting as a gatekeeper, handling communications with professionalism and discretion
- Preparing reports, presentations, and briefing documents
- Organising high-level meetings, events, and appointments, taking minutes and producing resulting documentation
- Streamlining administrative processes to improve efficiency
To be successful as the PA you will need:
- Proven experience as an Executive PA or in a similar high-level support role
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Proactive mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
