If you are driven by hard work, continuous improvement, and a strong sense of ownership and would love to take charge of the fulfilment and dispatch function, read on. The Fulfilment & Dispatch Process Manager will lead and evolve our dispatch operation. You'll be responsible for team performance, process improvement, cost control, and systems optimisation all while supporting the business through a key period of growth and transition. Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full responsibility for all outgoing orders (B2C & B2B), ensuring they are completed accurately, on time, and to spec.
  • Partner with the existing team leader, who manages the day-to-day on-the-ground activities. You'll provide strategic direction, support, and accountability.
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels, labour costs, and performance across a 12-person team.
  • Track KPIs, run regular performance reports, and lead 1-to-1s to drive development and accountability.
  • Design and implement a sustainable weekend dispatch model. You may need to be involved during rollout, with occasional oversight thereafter to ensure continued success.
  • Help plan and execute our move to a new warehouse in the coming months. This includes contributing to layout, systems, and process design.
  • Monitor usage and reorder as needed, liaising with suppliers to manage stock levels and costs.
  • Identify opportunities and implement new ways of working that improve efficiency, reduce errors, and support growth.
  • Learn and adapt our warehouse management software (Linnworks), optimising workflows to suit our evolving needs.

  • Confident managing people, processes, performance, and costs.
  • Logical, organised, and calm under pressure particularly during peak periods or times of change.
  • Skilled in using systems, data, and Excel to monitor and improve performance.
  • Proactive, forward-thinking, and solutions-focused - you don't wait to be told what's not working.
  • Willing to roll up your sleeves when needed, especially during periods of transition (e.g. warehouse move, weekend launch).
  • Comfortable working closely with company directors and contributing to high-level planning.
