We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient food production.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Assist in menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and hygiene practices.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Implement new cooking techniques and recipes to enhance the menu offerings.
Experience
Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or similar culinary environment
Strong supervisory skills with experience in team management.
Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary arts.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership abilities, with a passion for mentoring junior staff.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A culinary qualification or relevant certification is preferred but not essential.
