A growing team is looking for a friendly team player to join them working as an Internal Sales Executive. This is a fun office with a team bonus payable monthly on achieving targets. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.15 to 4.15pm with car parking provided. Ideally, you will have previous telesales experience although consideration will be given to candidates with other forms of sales experience and an excellent telephone manner.
Duties for the Internal Sales Executive will include:
- First point of contact for all enquiries including phone calls, website messages, social media and emails. These queries can include quotes, queries, technical questions and orders.
- Delivery of the highest level of customer service with all encounters. This includes visitors, suppliers, customers and colleagues.
- To develop rapport with key staff within accounts.
- To be able to take and raise purchase orders, investigate and action queries, organise quotes and samples and take care of any other queries that may come up.
- Business development work, such as making initial contact to prospects via phone or email.
- Sending out of secondary information such as quotations, catalogues/offer packs, samples etc. and following these up in a prompt timeframe.
