The Workforce Technology Support team provides end user support services to our associates across our offices in Nottingham and London. Supporting a range of technologies including endpoint (Windows and Mac), meeting room tech/auditorium, and digital signage. This is a hands-on technical role requiring a strong technical background. There will also be an opportunity to manage a team member, making it ideal for an experienced engineer looking to take their first steps into leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the support experience for our London-based associates.
  • Manage incidents in person at the IT bar and remotely.
  • Handle requests, changes, and problems.
  • Oversee events in the auditorium.
  • Ensure meeting room tech and digital signage are functioning correctly.
  • Implement service improvements.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong technical knowledge in End User Compute technologies including Windows 11, MacOS, Virtual Desktops (AWS Workspaces), Mobile, VC (preferably Zoom), and digital signage platforms.
  • Technical knowledge of management tools including Intune, Jamf, Airwatch.
  • Technical knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Effective communication skills with associates at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
  • Stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider team.

This is a permanent position based in our London office with a hybrid working model, offering flexibility to work from both the office and home. You will be based in our London office three days a week: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
