We are looking for a solutions focused Talent Acquisition Partner to join our internal recruitment team and support our Early Careers programme, focusing on our Technology stream. This role will support in attracting and engaging top, diverse talent to our business, helping to build our future talent pipelines and play a key role in the delivery of our Early Careers programmes across the business.
What you’ll do:
- Manage pipelines for high volume early careers programmes, focusing on providing additional support to candidates; including coaching calls and interview preparation.
- Support the wider Early Careers team in building a powerful attraction message across all of our programme (Graduate, internships and placement) campaigns.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Leads and Hiring Managers to understand their requirements and underrepresented talent areas and use this insight to identify new channels and innovative methods to attract diverse talent to Capital One.
- Represent Capital One at University Careers Fairs and other attraction events.
- Build strong relationships with potential candidates and have great conversations about our culture and the roles you’re hiring for.
- Support the Learning & Development team with building an engaging and inclusive onboarding plan for new joiners.
- Stay current with competitor trends and market research along with the wider business imperatives and goals to give you a deeper understanding of the market and how this relates to our hiring needs.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners across key roles and business areas and proactively source diverse talent for experienced hire roles.
What we’re looking for:
- You have led on Early Careers or Campus recruiting before and have managed high volume pipelines in a fast paced and (preferably) regulated industry.
- You’re a subject matter expert within Early Careers and able to use your knowledge to suggest/implement improvements for our processes, with a key focus on supporting those from underrepresented groups.
- You build strong partnerships with your internal stakeholders, guiding them on best practices whilst feeling comfortable to challenge when necessary.
- You’re able to successfully adapt to an ever changing environment, providing solutions where challenges arise.
- You champion candidate experience, ensuring each journey is a positive one whilst providing coaching on our processes.
- You’re extremely organised and can manage multiple priorities/hiring needs whilst being meticulous with your administrative tasks.

This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our offices 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
