Salesforce System Administrator

Capital One is looking for an experienced Salesforce SysAdmin to join our Salesforce platform team, based in our Nottingham head office.

What you’ll do

• You’ll work as part of a self-organised Salesforce team that powers our internal agent systems.
• You will handle all fundamental Salesforce administrative functions including routine tasks such as user account maintenance and workflows.
• You will carry out regular internal Salesforce system audits and upgrades.
• You will establish and configure user accounts, develop and customise applications, and troubleshoot problems and issues.
• You will act as a liaison between Salesforce users, vendors, and application development teams.

What we’re looking for

• Someone with proven Salesforce experience and strong knowledge of its architecture and API governor limits.
• Working knowledge of SFDX CLI for packaging and Dev Ops.
• Experience supporting Salesforce configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, validations, custom permissions, and approvals.
• Salesforce System Administrator Certification.

Where and how you’ll work

This is a permanent position and is based in our Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
