Our Talent Acquisition Operations team manages interview scheduling, offer management, onboarding of new starters and everything in-between, no day is the same. Success in this role isn’t about ticking boxes, but about delivering real value. We’re looking for a dedicated, process driven, results focused Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our energetic and client focused Talent Acquisition Operations team.
What you’ll do
- Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process
- Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
- Manage all aspects of interview scheduling across the team, this is often high volume so you’ll need to be comfortable handling multiple requests
- Create and issue employment contracts within an agreed SLA
- Process new starters through our Applicant Tracking System; Workday and manage all new starter communications up to their first day
- Process and monitor background checks for all new starters via our third-party partner

Where and how you’ll work
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home. We’re big on collaboration and connection, so you’ll be based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Many of our associates have flexible working arrangements, and we’re open to talking about an arrangement that works for you.
