Based in Nottingham or London, this permanent role follows a hybrid model with three in-office days (Tue-Thu) and WFH Mon & Fri.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead organisational design, talent development, and DIB initiatives, and translate business needs into effective people programs in a fast-paced environment.
