We're looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team who fully understands and appreciates our values and what we uniquely offer to customers – to help us scale our work at Capital One even further.

You will be responsible for managing marketing programs and initiatives that increase acceptance, product adoption, and grow volume for the network. You will do this by working with our partners to drive activities which increase brand awareness and engagement. Our partners consist of acquirers and PSPs within the payment ecosystem. You will be the lead with their marketing counterparts to deliver our objectives.

What You’ll Do
  • Negotiating marketing opportunities in a B2B environment, which includes developing a marketing plan, leveraging key partner channels and identifying other mutual opportunities. Ensuring performance metrics are in place and managing the marketing budget effectively.
  • Building and managing partner relationships, regular marketing updates whilst working very closely with our Relationship Management team.
  • Working in collaboration with our sales team is key in this role, having a seat at the table to bring plans into action.
  • This role also requires cross-functional support, so working across a number of key teams is critical to the success of this role.
  • Develops and coaches teams to be able to identify, manage, and escalate risk, and effectively manages risk within the teams you oversee. This is not a team manager role.

  • Experience in designing and executing programs that successfully increase product adoption and acceptance.

  • Strong analytical skills to identify and act on opportunities for partnership growth.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing abilities to drive core business goals.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data to formulate insights and marketing recommendations.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French to provide dedicated support to our French market clients.
Where and how you'll work

This is a full-time position and is based in our Hammersmith office. To be eligible you must reside in the UK. We have a hybrid working model, so you’ll be based in our office 2 days a week. Many of our associates have flexible working arrangements, and we're open to talking about an arrangement that works for you.
