About the Role

As Senior Manager, Head of UK Partnerships, you will lead and grow our top UK merchant relationships within the affiliate marketing industry. In this strategic, client-facing role, you’ll blend ad tech expertise, data analytics, and senior enterprise account management to drive revenue and expand Capital One Ad Solutions in the UK.

What You'll Do

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Own a portfolio of top-tier UK merchants, to design, execute, and scale tailored ad solutions.
  • Lead Product Integration & Optimisation: Oversee end-to-end technical integrations, leveraging data analytics, APIs, and performance tools to continuously optimise client portfolios.
  • Bridge Client & Product Teams: Translate merchant insights into actionable feedback for internal Product, Data, and Revenue teams to shape our future product roadmap.
  • Enable Partners & Deliver Executive Insights: Train agencies and merchant teams on product value, while crafting high-impact business reviews and reporting for C-level audiences.
  • Represent the Brand: Travel for key client visits, industry conferences, and occasional trips to our US headquarters.

The Skills and Experience You Need

  • Enterprise Account Management: Proven track record in a client-facing, revenue-generating role within affiliate, performance marketing, ad tech, or retail media.
  • C-Suite Influence: Exceptional ability to navigate complex, matrixed organisations and engage directly with key stakeholders.
  • Analytical & Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with performance data, APIs, and analytics platforms to tell compelling business stories. (e.g. eCPA, ROAS, incrementality)
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated success partnering with technical/product teams on integrations and feature roadmaps.

Where & How You'll Work

This is a Permanent, remote-first role based in the UK. While you’ll enjoy flexible remote working, regular travel is required for client meetings, industry events, and occasional visits to our US headquarters. To be eligible for this position, you must be a UK resident.
