HR Process Administrator
About This Role
In HR Shared Services, we prioritize the associate experience by delivering simple, accessible, and flawless HR processes tailored to our associates\’ needs.
As part of the Specialist Services team, you\’ll focus on back-office processing to ensure smooth operations of Payroll, Pension, Benefits, and Immigration activities, working closely with the Associate Support team handling queries via Ask HR.
What you’ll do
- Support payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely pay, compliance with policies and regulations, and risk mitigation.
- Assist in managing pension and benefits, including monitoring elections, reporting, and compliance.
- Monitor processes for regulatory compliance, including immigration, whistleblowing, and document purging.
- Provide administrative support to the UK HR tech lead, including raising intakes, coordinating testing, managing work progress, handling escalated queries, and processing vendor requisitions and invoices.

- Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel and mathematical capabilities.
- Experience in payroll roles (desirable).

This is a permanent role based in Nottingham with a hybrid model: in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and remote on Mondays and Fridays. Flexible working arrangements are available.
