Velocity Black, the leading luxury concierge recently acquired by Capital One, uses technology, human experts, and apps to help high-performance people achieve their goals. Our concierge team supports customers 24/7/365 via our proprietary app. This role is remote within the UK.

What You’ll Do
- Communicate with clients, restaurants, vendors, and team members to deliver service across dining, experiences and retail.
- Liaise with every part of the business to ensure swift resolution of member issues.
- Demonstrate the product interface to members and provide an overview of the membership.
- Complete end-to-end member requests.

- Proven experience in luxury concierge or hospitality.
- Adaptability and multitasking “Yes first” mentality.
- General knowledge of high-end experiences, luxury goods, and restaurants.
- Experience working with high net worth individuals.
- Entrepreneurial, problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent, clear and effective verbal and written communication skills.

- Flexible working hours – available to work evenings and weekends.
