What You’ll Do
- Work directly with SQL to interrogate vast datasets and analyse trends to spot gaps for improvement and growth.
- Own external relationships and become the internal subject‑matter expert on all things relating to your partner.
- Deliver the roadmap and marketing strategy for your partner – from managing product launches to shaping the direction for marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with teams across the business and be proactive to drive growth that mutually benefits your partner and Capital One.
- Ensure all aspects of your partnership are managed with the utmost attention to detail, from performance monitoring and forecasting to invoicing and regulatory compliance.
- We often rotate our associates around, so you may have the opportunity to work on some of our other existing co‑brand partnerships in the future.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and collaborative approach, and confidence navigating challenging conversations with stakeholders.
- A resilient mindset, with a desire to work in a fast‑paced environment, balancing ever‑changing priorities.
- Strong mathematical and creative problem‑solving skills, with the ability to turn complex analysis into clear stories and actions.
- A structured and well‑organised approach to all aspects of the role, showing careful attention to detail at all times.
- Desirable (not essential)
- Experience using SQL (or similar) to query large databases – we primarily use Snowflake.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Background in owning marketing channel performance, third‑party relationships and/or operational elements (e.g. invoicing, contract negotiations, change delivery).
