Salary: £46,500 in Nottingham / £55,500 in London plus a £5,000 joining bonus

• You have a strong foundation of coding skills (in any language)

The Recruitment Process:

• Step 1: Apply! We don’t screen CVs so there’s no need to tailor your CV or attach a cover letter. If you meet the eligibility criteria you will be sent online testing to complete, assessing the core skills required for the role.
• Step 2: One-way video interview, looking at your motivations for the role and some examples where you’ve shown the soft skills we’re looking for.
• Step 3: Virtual assessment day, consisting of a pair programming exercise and a presentation and strengths based interview.
• Step 4: In-person final interview with one of our Senior Software Engineering Managers, and the opportunity to look around our office.

Where and how you'll work:

This is a permanent position based either in our Nottingham or London office. We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being optional work-from-home days. Our offices are designed to inspire and support you. At our Nottingham head office, you'll find an on-site gym, restaurant and dedicated Learning Loft. Our London office boasts a rooftop running track and coffee bar.
