You will be forever building on your understanding of both our consumer and business needs, working across the business to realise this value into the market. \n \n What you’ll do \n \n Autonomously navigate & lead the definition and delivery of new digital products and features, showcasing strategic alignment to ensure the delivery of key business outcomes \n Collaborate effectively with engineering teams, designers, and others to create compelling strategies for our products, and deliver on them \n Be interested and passionate about how consumer credit works so that you can disrupt it from the inside out \n Partner with technology teams to explore new innovative and resilient solutions to address customer needs \n Integrate business analytics and operational excellence in every aspect of product design and development, and define metrics to measure the success of products \n Maintain a rigorously human-centred approach, obsessing about internal and external customer needs to reimagine customer interactions \n \n \n What you’ll bring \n \n Proven experience working within a regulated industry, with in-market results \n A track record of thought & exploration leadership and delivery across complex products or platform capabilities \n Ability to influence and inspire senior stakeholders through strong commercial thinking & engaging communication \n Proven ability to leverage data and insight to define product strategy and customer experience \n Ability to appreciate the detail, get under the hood and make decisions that unleash product engineering \n Excellent communication skills, able to engage, influence and inspire \n Passionate about achieving the right outcome \n \n \n Where and how you'll work \n This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham or London offices . \n \n We embrace a hybrid approach to work. You'll spend three days a week in the office (Tuesday-Thursday), with Monday and Friday being dedicated work-from-home days. \At our Nottingham head office, you'll find an on-site gym, restaurant and dedicated Learning Loft.
