They apply judgement to all investigations and reach the right outcome for our customers. As a member of the Fraud team, you’ll work to investigate: Application FraudAccount TakeoverDisputes What you\’ll doInvestigate inbound and outbound customer contact for all areas of Fraud and Disputes, including Application Fraud, Account Takeover and DisputesProtect the business from fraud losses by proactively identifying fraudulent applications and transactions; and protect victims of fraud and genuine customers Be the point of contact for offshore vendors and other areas of the UK businessTake ownership of cases with end to end case management and one call resolution.What we’re looking forAdaptable in a fast-paced environment Expert attention to detail would make you a superstar in this roleA team player that acts with integrity and treats our customers with respectDemonstration of solid judgement A great communicator, both verbal and written, communicating effectively to customers and third partiesWe are committed to creating a level playing field and seek to create teams that are representative of our customers and the communities we serve.

This means: You’ll get full training in the role for 12 weeks where you’ll be based in our Nottingham office. This supports your development in the role but also allows you to learn more about our culture and build relationships with colleagues. During your training, your working hours will be 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. Once you\’ve completed training, your hours will be 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday. You’ll transition to mostly working from home and you’ll spend a day in our office every 2 weeks.
This will be for team building, collaboration and the opportunity to meet and spend time with your colleagues face to face. However, if you want to work from the office more, you can!
